Jeff Ward
Vice President of Operations
Mr. Ward is a founder of Taueret Laboratories, LLC. He is the President of Affiliated Genetics, a parentage testing laboratory that specializes in human identity testing using DNA methodologies. Previously at EmerGen, Inc., Mr. Ward ran the biologic sample collection, supervising a staff that accessioned samples, extracted DNA and extracted other bio-molecules. During his tenure at EmerGen, he worked closely with the Family Studies Division and the researchers implementing a barcode sample-tracking system, computerizing the sample inventory, and tracking a library of tens of thousands of samples. He was also the purchasing agent responsible for laboratory equipment, reagents and supplies. Before coming to Utah in 2000, Mr. Ward had over 20 years experience in managing, operating and owning various small businesses.
Linda Gould
Vice President of Business Affairs
Linda Gould has managed all business affairs for Taueret Laboratories over the past two years. Previously, she had a twenty-year career at Hanesbrands, Inc. (HBI) and Sara Lee (SLE), where she was the director of inventory management and sales support. Before that she worked at Gulf Oil and then Chevron in Information Technology and End User Support. Her specialty is in sales forecasting, implementation of computer solutions for business problems, and business organization/management. She received her degree in Computer Science from the University of Florida.
